Rujeko Hockley, Assistant Curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art, Ashley James, Assistant Curator at the Brooklyn Museum and Alexandra Ginger, Director of Artist Relations at the Jack Shainman Gallery explore and discuss the work of artists like Faith Ringgold, Toyin Ojih Odutola, James Kerry Marshall, Hank Willis Thomas. They discuss with host, Carol Jenkins what museums and artists helped mold them, exhibits they are currently featuring and share their thoughts on the future in art for young African Americans.
