David Rockwell designed the sets for Kinky Boots, Catch Me If You Can; Hairspray (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle nominations); Legally Blonde The Musical (Drama Desk nomination); The Normal Heart; Free Man of Color; CQ/CX; The Rocky Horror Show (Drama Desk nomination); All Shook Up (Drama Desk nomination); and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. He is the founder of Rockwell Group, a New York-based architecture and design firm. Projects include the Dolby Theatre, the 2010 Academy Awards (Emmy award), Imagination Playground, and the Elinor Bunin-Munroe Film Center at Lincoln Center.
