Ms. Leicht leads the Municipal Art Society’s advocacy campaigns in urban planning, zoning, open space, historic preservation and public art. She is currently co-leading the Imagine New York project. From 1998-2000, she was the Menapace Fellow of Urban Land Use Law, serving as in-house counsel and heading the Society’s legal efforts.
