Robin Panovka is a partner and co-head of the Real Estate and REIT M&A groups at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He focuses on cross-border M&A, restructurings, distress investing, and private equity. He has been involved in many significant M&A, takeover and restructuring transactions in the real estate and REIT industries, and since September 11, 2001 has also been integrally involved in the redevelopment of the World Trade Center.
