CUNY TV wins Five 2025 New York Emmy® Awards
CUNY TV is honored to receive five New York Emmy® Awards for its signature series Shades of U.S. and Nueva York. The station also took home a win for the film Anemoia, which was featured as part of the series CUNY TV Presents: Chelsea Film Festival. This brings CUNY TV’s total to 49 New York Emmy Award wins.
The 3rd Annual New York Sports Emmy Awards ceremony was held on Tuesday, September 16, which handed out a win for a Shades of U.S. segment on the inclusion of Negro League statistics in the MLB rankings. The 68th Annual New York Emmy Awards Gala was held on Saturday, October 11, which featured three wins for the series Nueva York, including Best Magazine Program – Spanish. The film Anemoia was also honored at the gala. Both ceremonies were held at the Marriott Marquis ~ Times Square.
