Queens College Vincent Chin

June 23rd marks the 40th Anniversary of Vincent Chin's murder who was the victim of a hate crime. Chin was murdered by two Detroit auto workers who mistook him for being Japanese. They did not serve any jail time and received a $3000 fine. CUNY Queen's College President Frank H. Wu explains the impact of this case and how it changed Asian American fight for civil rights;
