Every fall, the New York City Marathon brings together runners from all walks of life — from first timers to lifelong athletes overcoming challenges. Host Mike Gilliam explores what makes this event such a defining part of the city, talking with Harlem Run members, health experts, and inspiring runners from Achilles International, including an 80-year-old marathoner who kept going after a heart attack.
