As we recognize and honor the contributions of African Americans during Black History Month, we are delighted to present Chairman of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee and the nation's first African American U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr. Mr. Holder was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as the 82nd Attorney General to the United States and held that position from 2009 to 2015. In his current role as Chairman of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC), he leads "a centralized hub to execute a comprehensive redistricting strategy that shifts the redistricting power and creates fair districts."
