Melissa Lazarin of the civil rights organization National Council of La Raza lectures on the myths and facts of the DREAM Act. Steven A. Camarota (Center for Immigration Studies) follows with a talk on the negative impacts that amnesty would have on the economy. Moderated by Robert C. Smith with welcoming remarks by David Birdsell (Dean, School of Public Affairs). Recorded on March 21st, 2007 at the Baruch College School of Public Affairs in New York City.
