Award-winning recording artist and disability advocate Lachi and nonprofit leader Krystle Allen, founder of Eyes Like Mine joins our host, Carol Jenkins for a powerful conversation about their personal journeys into blindness and how those experiences shaped their lives, leadership, and advocacy.

Together, they share the realities of navigating a world that isn't always designed for people with disabilities, while highlighting the resilience, innovation, and community that emerge through lived experience. The discussion will also spotlight their organizations' missions to expand accessibility, representation, and opportunity for blind and low-vision individuals.

The conversation also focuses on their participation in the American Foundation for the Blind's acclaimed documentary Possibilities, which celebrates the legacy of Helen Keller through the voices of today's blind, deafblind, and low-vision leaders. Their stories challenge stereotypes, inspire action, and demonstrate that inclusion benefits everyone.
