A Deputy Minister and his wife have been invited to an official government reception. The couple has become accustomed to constant surveillance, but this night something else is afoot. Realizing his high position is threatened, the husband begins to panic. An argument reveals a serious crisis in their marriage as well as the inescapable nature of their situation. The ubiquitous "ear" listens and records.
