Catholic Charities is a federation of more than 90 human service agencies that provide help for hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers in need. Monsignor Sullivan discusses the crisis today facing many families as the effects of the recession are felt even harder by those who were challenged even prior to the economic meltdown.
