Carl Weisbrod is President of the real estate division of Trinity Church, the city's largest private commercial landlord,  and formerly served as Executive Director of the NYC Planning Commission, President of the 42nd Street Development Project of the NYS Urban Development Corp and from 1990 to 1994, President of the New York City Economic Development Corp. He also served as the founding president of the Alliance for Downtown New York, which was established in 1995.
