Council Member Amanda Farías of District 18 in the Bronx, Carina Kaufman-Gutierrez, Deputy Director of the Street Vendor Project, and Guadalupe Sosa, a second-generation street vendor in New York City, talk to Laura about the challenges in getting the legislation passed, and how it will help the day-to-day lives of street vendors going forward.
