Prosecutor and law professor Frank Tuerkheimer studied “forgotten trials of the Holocaust” and wrote a brilliant book about it. He also went to Israel to interview Eichmann’s prosecutor, Gabriel Bach. He tells Jim Zirin there is justice in trying the perpetrators of a genocide as it punishes the guilty, and spreads the facts of a horrific crime on the public record.
