Mr. Poland is a singular yet little known character rarely encountered outside of New York's fascinating theatrical world. First venturing into the business of show business by becoming the founding president of the Official Judy Garland Fan Club, Mr. Poland served, in addition to being general manager, as producer, company manager, author, or performer in a huge variety of shows that includes "Glengarry Glen Ross," "The Boy from Oz," "Long Day's Journey into Night," "Mrs. Klein," "The Blue Man Group," and "The Compleat Works of Wllm Shkspr (ABRIDGED)."
