The panel continues the on-going debate over charging auto and truck drivers to enter Manhattan’s Central Business District, while previewing the votes taken by the New York State Legislature in March, 2008. Responding to questions posed by CUNY students in the audience, the panel confronts the environmental impact of auto congestion in New York City, as well as the various transportation issues facing New Yorkers who must rely on the City’s streets and subways each day.
