Moderator Bob Liff and a panel consisting of four newly-elected members of the City Council of New York discuss the makeup of the body, as well as the changes and continuing trends in local legislation during Mayor Bloomberg’s third term.  The Council Members-Elect, all of whom beat incumbents, examine the divisions that may play out after they take office in January, 2010.  What will the 2010 legislative agenda look like, and how will it be shaped by the changing demographics of the Council, the factionalism of borough delegations, and the balance of power between the Council and Mayor’s office?
