Moderator Bob Liff and a panel of experts discuss the present condition and future prospects for the economy of New York City. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has cast a cloud on the City's economic fortunes, but there is hope for a rebound in the future. The panel examines the need for leadership across the City and State, as well as the ways that leadership can help the most vulnerable New Yorkers in the wake of the public health crisis. In addition to working transportation and other economic infrastructures, the panel highlights higher education as a key to equitable growth in New York.
