Mr. Weinstein joined Phipps Houses in 1989 as Assistant to the President, becoming a Vice President in 1992, Chief Operating Officer in 1993, and its President and CEO in 2001. The Phipps Houses Group is the nation?s oldest and one of its largest not-for-profit organizations committed to creating, owning and managing affordable housing.
