David Walentas, Chairman/Co-Founder and visionary of Two Trees Management traces his career from growing up in Rochester, his schooling at University of Virginia to forming Two Trees in NYC. With initial purchases in Manhattan, Two Trees bought Brooklyn waterfront buildings which started the DUMBO neighborhood. Two Trees continued to develop old buildings in Brooklyn such as 110 Livingston, with the "no guts no glory" motto. Current projects include Mercedes House on Manhattan's West Side, and a Chelsea office building on West 23rd St.
