Michael's guest Arthur Backal is a "state-of-the-art event planner. Backal graduated from one of the first hospitality industry and hotel programs to be offered in this country. He worked for Leona Helmsley at the Helmsley Palace. His resume is filled with many star-studded organizations: The Essex House, The Waldorf, The Plaza, St Regis, Pierre. He's on his own now and describes his career as working your way up - determined.
