Prior to creating his own lobbying firm, Vincent Montalbano worked as director of political action and legislation at District Council 37, AFSCME, New York City's largest municipal labor union. In the past Mr. Montalbano served as assistant secretary of state under Governor Mario Cuomo and counselor to Bronx Borough President Fernando Ferrer. They discuss the vital issues of the day in both local and national politics.
