Her district stretches from 19th Street to 103rd Street, from the East River to 8th Avenue, Murray Hill, Midtown, including Times Square, the Upper East Side, Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History. Her constituents include the very young and the very old, the impoverished and the incredibly rich, native New Yorkers and immigrants from all over the globe. She discusses how the upcoming presidential election could affect many of the programs that New Yorkers depend on.
