The Epiphany Celebration is an highlight of NOAIW's annual schedule of events and uses the opportunity to focus on and honor the contributions of "3 Wise Women" from the community. Dr. Tamburri explores the ramifications of the recent decision by the College Board to suspend the Advanced Placement Test in Italian throughout the United States after it is administered this upcoming May 2009. Educational Leaders met with Consul General of Italy in New York Francesco Maria Talo to further illucidate the situation with the future of the AP Test in Italian, working together to develop possible re-instatement strategies for the test, but to also, and most importantly to otherwise continue achieveing the many successes the community has achieved recently in teaching the italian language throughout the educational system in the USA.
