Iniciamos este episodio en Manhattan, celebrando con el diseñador de modas Roberto Verino sus 25 años de carrera profesional. Para conmemorar este aniversario, el artista español trae una exposición itinerante a la Gran Manzana.

A continuación vamos a Brooklyn. Carmen Boullosa entrevista a Sergio Ramírez, ex-Vicepresidente de Nicaragua, quien comenta las transformaciones sociales de su país. Ramírez está de paso por laciudad lanzando la versión en inglés de su libro "Margarita está linda la mar".

En Prospect Heights visitamos luego la Escuela Internacional de Brooklyn, que ofrece un programa de inmersión en Español. Hablamos con padres y profesores sobre cómo aprenden los niños en un segundo idioma.

Y finalmente regresamos a Midtown. Patricio Lerzundi entrevista a Ralph Paniagua, presidente de una firma especializada en el mercado Latino de Norte América. Ralph, quien también es promotor cultural y deportivo, trabaja por una imagen positiva de los latinos en los Estados Unidos.

We begin this episode in Manhattan with Roberto Verino, as he  celebrates his 25 years  in the business. To mark this anniversary, the Spanish artist brings a traveling exhibit to the Big Apple.

Then, we go to Brooklyn, where Carmen Boullosa interviews Sergio Ramírez, former Vice President of Nicaragua, who talks about his country's social transformations. Ramírez is in the city to launch the English version of his book, "Margarita, the Sea Is Beautiful"

Later, in Prospect Heights we visit the International School
of Brooklyn, which offers a Spanish Immersion Program. We talk to parents and teachers about how kids learn in a second language.

And, finally, we return to Midtown Manhattan, where Patricio Lerzundi interviews Ralph Paniagua, President of a firm specializing in the Latino market in the U.S. Ralph, who is also a culture and sports promoter, works for a positive image of Latinos in the U.S.
