This edition: The Dems & Impeachment: Savvy or Wimpy?

Episode Details

Original tape date: June 20, 2019. First aired: June 21, 2019.

The pressure keeps building on House Speaker Pelosi to begin an impeachment inquiry. She's holding firm against it for now, feeling that impeachment could backfire and fire up the Trump base and help him get re-elected. So are the Dems being politically savvy or politically wimpy in not starting an impeachment inquiry?
Plus: an in-depth look at a stunning and disturbing New York Times investigation into how taxi drivers were financially devastated by predatory lenders. The lenders drove up prices of taxi medallions, and channeled drivers, many of them immigrants, into loans they could not afford. Some were financially devastated, some even committed suicide.
