Original tape date: November 24, 2014. First aired: December 1, 2014.

Donna Lieberman, longtime executive director of the NY Civil Liberties Union provides the good news that incidents of police Stop & Frisk have gone way down, from 700,000 to 50,000 since the practice was declared unconstitutional. Bad news: there continues to be racial disparity in the numbers, effecting black and Hispanic youth. How low-level offences will be dealt with in the future, is of great concern.
