Wallace Turbeville, Senior Fellow at the public policy organization Demos, joins Bob Herbert to discuss the background and current status of the Detroit bankruptcy trial, which stems from the largest municipal bankruptcy filing in U.S. history. Mr. Turbeville has practiced law, investment banking, and now devotes his efforts to, among other things, financial reform. He is the author of the influential 2013 report "The Detroit Bankruptcy."
