First aired: December 8, 2014.Civil rights and civil liberties lawyer Norman Siegel discusses the decision made by the Supreme Court in Ferguson, Missouri, not to indict Darren Wilson, the police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager. Mr. Siegel shares his ideas about how to improve relations between the police and the communities they serve throughout the country, in hopes that future tragedies similar to this one can be avoided.
