UPS, in which a United Parcel Service worker became pregnant and ultimately ended up having to take several months of unpaid leave because she was told the shipping company was not required to offer her light duty work while pregnant. This landmark pregnancy discrimination case has made it all the way to the Supreme Court and the decision could affect millions of working women nationwide.
