Martin, founder and president of JustLeadershipUSA, an organization which helps the formerly incarcerated to hone the skills necessary for leading successful lives outside of prison, and to become vocal leaders in the fight to stop our country's massive incarceration problem. Among other things, the two discuss the often biased practices of our police and justice systems which can lead to unwarranted stops, arrests, and lengthy sentences for people of color.
