It’s widely accepted that America has become divided into red states and blue states. But what happens to those people who are proudly liberal but find themselves living in a sea of red – environments that are overwhelmingly and sometimes aggressively conservative? Guest Justin Krebs traveled the country to find out.

Mr. Krebs has written a new book, "Blue in a Red State: A Survival Guide to Life in the Real America," in which he shares stories of some of the liberals he's met who are surrounded by politically conservative ways of thinking. He is also a founder of Living Liberally, a social gathering network for progressives, which has new chapters popping up all across the country.
