Bob is joined by journalist and an old friend, Juan González. The two were colleagues many years ago at the Daily News. Juan is a co-host with Amy Goodman on Democracy Now! and recently stepped away from the Daily News after writing an award-winning column there for nearly 30 years. Their discussion covers Juan's years of activism, including the Columbia University protest of 1968, and his founding membership role in the New York City branch of the Young Lords. The two also discuss the current presidential candidates, their qualifications to hold the office, and what role the Latino and Muslim communities may play in the election.
