Many people have argued that the unwillingness African-American voters and other traditionally Democratic voting groups to turn out in 2016 is the primary reason Hillary Clinton was not elected. A new book, “ONE PERSON, NO VOTE: How Voter Suppression is Destroying Our Democracy,” puts a big spotlight on that false narrative. The author, Carol Anderson, a professor and chair of African-American studies at Emory University in Atlanta, joins Bob to break down these claims.
