Renowned constitutional attorney Floyd Abrams, partner in the New York law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindell, and William J. Brennan Jr. Visiting Professor at Columbia University’s School of Journalism discusses his provocative, but not unexpected, article entitled “Look Who’s Trashing the First Amendment,” recently published by the J School’s distinguished Columbia Journalism Review. He admits to attacking the conservative liberal view of the right to free speech in his writing.
