On this month’s Study With the Best, we look back to look forward. Our show will reconnect with subjects who have been on Study With the Best over the past 15 seasons. Fran Capo, comedian and entertainer, appeared 11 years ago and is still going strong. Maurice Ashley, chess grandmaster, appeared 12 years ago, and is now a global ambassador for chess. Ten years ago, we found Van Tran, who was a refugee from Vietnam, and went to Hunter College. He went on to Harvard and is now a professor at Columbia University. And Nashwa El-Sayed appeared on our show two years ago. Plus we have a few short form updates on Skeery Jones, Linda Kaplan Thaler, and Anthony DeCurtis.
