Episode Details

Original tape date: October 18, 2017. First aired: November 22, 2017.

Back in September, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the Trump administration will bring an end to the immigration policy known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). This change from President Obama's landmark immigration legislation threatens the livelihood of almost 800,000 undocumented immigrants living, working, and going to school in this country. Tony meets with immigration lawyer, professor, and Director of CUNY Citizenship Now!, Allan Wernick, and two DACA recipients, Pamela Chomba and Isaac Montiel. They share their stories as the panel discusses what's at stake.
